We start our conversation with Sharon L'Herrou, president & CEO at 211 Palm Beach/Treasure Coast. We all know about 911, but 211 is for situations where a first-responder is not required. It can be for mental health counseling or just a hear a friendly voice at the other end of the phone. 211 is there to help people in crisis receive the information and support they need to weather life's storms. Jonathan Price, CEO at the Faulk Center for Counseling goes on to describe the services they offer. The Faulk Center provides a warm, accepting and confidential environment where people who are dealing with life's problems are helped to make changes or to cope more effectively with things they cannot change. It is comforting to know when life beats you down there is a place to go to be lifted back up.
