Our guest today offers a story of overcoming an early life of feeling dumb, stupid, awkward and undatable. He processed some well-meaning statements in a way that made him feel very inferior to everyone. He had a very low confidence and self-image.
Through four men's inspiration, Ron overcame the past. It was through their acceptance that he persevered to graduate from college the Air Force pilot training to earn the F-4 pilot slot which he had dreamed of.
Now, after 30 years of service in the Air Force, Ron helps others to achieve their designed performance potential. He guides organizations to increase their worker retention and gain new employees by establishing a reputation that people like working in the organization.
