Serving on a church leadership team is not without its struggles. So many different ideas, views and personalities come into play. In this session, Ryan Kingsley and Luke Hulley take a closer look at the issue of guarding the unity in eldership teams. In particular, they discuss why unity is worth fighting for, what healthy eldership teams look like, the role of lead elders and how to bring your perspective with humility. They remind us that is it really about Jesus, seeking His will, His presence and building on His Word.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS: Luke is a follower of Christ, a leader in Joshua Generation Church, married to the beautiful Zandile and a writer when he gets the time. He was a passionate school teacher for 6 years but now takes care of God's kids full time.

Ryan is a devoted lover of Jesus, a happy husband to Lelani, and a father to four incredible children. He is the lead elder of City on a Hill Church (multi-site).
