What is Leadership, why does it matter, and who can Lead? With so much talk about leadership it is easy to believe that a Leader must be someone else with skills that only a gifted few possess. When we get a hold of the right definition though, we understand that we were ALL created to lead! This week on The March or Die show we discuss a definition of leadership that can be applied in every area of life whether you have influence over a few or many. Leadership is the need in homes, communities, and countries and, when properly understood, allows us to live out our created purpose.
