Just an 18 year old from Essex speaking his mind. I discuss topics people might be afraid to talk about in today's society relating to such things as relationships, racism and mental health but also include more light hearted topics such as football and general comedy. I want to show young people that our voices and opinions need to be heard and show the rest of society that teenagers can also contribute to the betterment of society. I hope by just me speaking my opinion I can make a change to people's lives. Even if only 1 person listens, that is still someone listening and hopefully being affected by my words. Follow my journey as I try to not only discuss the topics mentioned but also as I try to discover myself as a person and how I fit into society.
In this episode I talk about the way men's mental health is viewed in society and how we can improve attitudes toward general mental health.
In this episode, myself and Jack discuss the topic of fitness and it's impact on mental health. Jack is an avid gym goer and a mental health advocate with his own mental health blog which I highly recommend.

In this episode I discuss the issue of sexual harassment and sexual assault with 4 very brave women who reached out to me wanting to create something to talk about their experiences.
In light of recent events mainly revolving around the Sarah Everard case I felt it was important to address an issue which isn't talked about enough.

Young people have such an important place in society yet we are often overlooked, underestimated and horribly portrayed in the media as thugs who do nothing for society. In this podcast I explore the different ways young people are viewed in society as well as the positivity they bring whilst also looking at the negative comments and ideas around young people.
A slightly different episode to the usual, I talk about some of the experiences I've been through in my life, from cheating in school to breaking my arm 8 times. This is really an initial insight into the life of Ram and how I have developed and what certain experiences have taught me.
Friends can be the most influential people in your life, but sometimes this influence can be negative and we don't even realise it. In this episode I look at the different types of friendships and relationships that exist in society, particularly in young people. I also quickly go over the stupid social hierarchy that apparently exists in our schools
Some people love to talk don't they. Some people just don't know when to shut their mouth at all and spread around things which just aren't true. In this episode I look at my own experiences with gossip, particularly within school and how it can destroy relationships, friendships and even go to the point where someones opinion about you completely changes because of one action or event.

I give my opinions on certain topics within mental health such as mental health within schools and on social media. I also give my own experiences with mental health and how it has affected me and made me into the person I am today. Take a dive into my view of school. In this podcast I explore my experiences from years 7-11 as well as my brief impression of sixth form as well as explaining my reasons for leaving school to follow my dream. I also look at what (in my opinion) is what is wrong with the education system and what potential solutions can be reached to help fix it.
