Zwaveball isn't just a bunch of people trying to score goals by punching and kicking a hover ball. It's a culture! And Simon knows all about it. In this episode he explains the basic rules of the game, lets us know what he likes most about it, and seems to tell us that he plays for 'the red team'. Or was it ‘the blue team’? Having only watched Zwaveball games so far, Dirk finally finds out why its frantic bursts of action often come to a grinding halt. At the end, we briefly touch upon several other ways we exercise. Spoiler alert: at least one of them requires us to get up out of our chairs.
