Lance Hillsinger is a social worker with 34 years experience in the very difficult field of child welfare and child protective services.

He is one of the few social workers I have ever met who thinks and cares deeply about how to improve social work, social services and social policy for men.

It's a shame and a disgrace that social work talks so much about diversity and has so few men like Lance, so few of any men at all.
