Lucy Chen has overcome many challenges as a first-generation immigrant from China: from seeking knowledge and exploring the world as an innocent student, to her time as a rising leader in the competitive U.S. financial industry. She understands the struggles and challenges most immigrants face due to cultural and linguistic barriers. As a career woman, she has first-hand experience in overcoming these barriers to advance her career and establish a fulfilling life in the United States. Now, working as a life coach and career coach, Lucy applies her passion for empowering immigrants—especially Asian Americans and women—by helping them pursue their own American dreams.
