You shall not murder - is it as simplistic as that? In this series, we've seen that God is at work, forming us into the likeness of Christ. Christ is the one who loved his enemies so much, he gave up his life for them - for us. That is the very opposite of the anger, frustration, and selfishness that is epitomized in murder. We are to be known for the love that we have for each other, even when it's most challenging and most difficult. Does that describe the direction your heart is moving?
