To always follow the sun, turn my back to darkness, stand proud, tall and straight even with my head full of seeds.” – Pam StewartUse the sunflower as a big bright inspiring model for your life to grow and bloom. The sunflower is resilient and represents joyfulness. Stay focused on positive things you are facing and share your spirit as a warm heart with hope. There is a time, there is a plan there is abundant prosperity!Be inspired to keep your face turned towards the sun as it will uplift your moods. Embrace the energy of the light and abundance of sharing your love with simple spirit seeds of thought, vibes and abundance that planting good things can bring. When we drop seeds into the ground, we don't know how they will grow or what the outcome is for each seed. Nature provides light and nutrition for each seedling as a foundation to be. Look closely at the seeds around you and be in awe. They already know how to grow and bloom as they turn into a source of life feeding pollinators, song birds and other beings in their natural habitat. Sit for a moment in pure wonder. Colorful patterns of joyful expression burst in celebration from the bright face of the simple sunflower full of seeds of anticipation. Choose to be helping in the flow with the harmonic rhythms as you embrace each thought seed as it blooms and grows.
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain… Vivian GreeneMany great locations around the world have physical reflecting pools built by humans included within their physical environments. They come in many shapes and sizes. The ultimate importance of reflecting pools is to provide a space to embrace quiet contemplation that is separate but open to interact with the world.Do you find yourself being the chaotic disturbance that challenges any possibility of quiet contemplation either within yourself or from your outside influences? To be effective, your pool must be as still as possible. As you dance in the rain, stop and look deep into the pools of water gathering on the ground. These are Nature's abundant rain puddles or reflecting pools immediately available. When you look deep into the pools, you can experience Nature's Art from the sky above you as it reflects in the pool below. You can create your own reflecting pool so you can be practicing presence and fully embracing the benefits as often as you desire. Ideally, your pool should be reflecting what you want to look at and in a space that is not crowded. Today, we are exploring the basic concepts of reflecting pools and how to design your own useful reflecting pool.
When you do something noble and beautiful and nobody noticed, do not be sad. For the sun every morning is a beautiful spectacle and yet most of the audience still sleeps. – John LennonHow often do you find yourself answering to the open invitation of nature to step outside and give your full attention to observe, listen, open all of your senses and be filled with awe? Expansive nonverbal language is born between ourselves and our immediate world when we connect with this simple invitation constantly being offered. The tendency is to be distracted and over react with impatient gestures, facial expressions, vocal tones, eye contact, body language and talking loudly with our hands. By being present, you can discover deep observation, deep inspiration and deep experience using nonverbal language. It is an experience you will hold close in your memories and you can recall it whenever you need a sense of awe and calm. There is no need to read between the lines of what you are picking up. It is an instant action and reaction and a full impression of the scene as it is truly being presented wherever you are. Open your arms and take a deep breath. It is already here and available.
It sounds very simple when we make a comment to choose to 'Just Be'. The request we are making in reality is a complex request. When we choose to become present 'here now', we are choosing to not be on autopilot. We begin our life adventure expanding ourselves beyond where we currently are. We start observing we are not where we think we should be. We can become overwhelmed with our constant mental gymnastics and beliefs about what we think we could be, should be or definitions of who we think we are. We are a collection of the stories we tell ourselves until we reach a point where our story has a new title and we have a new beautiful cover. We want to make a change. We realize we are no longer happy with what we are, who we are and what we are doing with our lives. We realize we are part of everything and yet we are nothing. When we make a statement to ourselves saying ;'I can, we allow ourselves to expand and embrace all of the possibilities of truly just being. This brief statement to ourselves of 'I can', opens our thought patterns to unlimited potential and removes the limiting boundaries that we have been experiencing. We are now a conscious creator stepping into the energetic flow, expanding and growing with intention and inspiration 'Just Being'. Lets Go!
Everything in life is vibration. Albert Einstein When you observe images of nature or read stories about people helping others, do you pick up on a higher vibe and uplifting feelings? Even if you do not totally understand the language of vibrations, you can feel them in your environment and directly from people around you. Everything vibrates at a different speed including trees, nature, and humans with our thoughts and emotions. When we choose to vibrate at a higher level, we feel lighter, have more hope, joy and happiness and are more at ease. When we are operating at this higher level, we can feel like we do not fit in or will not be getting the feelings of support of others who operate at a lower vibration. It takes a firm commitment to keep ourselves in the light and seeking ways to keep our light shining bright. Join us as we explore ways to ensure we are creating a vibration as the best we can for ourselves and to keep ourselves connected resonating this higher vibration.
“The most adventurous journey to embark on; is the journey to yourself, the most exciting thing to discover; is who you really are, the most treasured pieces that you can find; are all the pieces of you, the most special portrait you can recognize; is the portrait of your soul.” ~ C.JoyBell C.How do you introduce yourself or greet someone you meet for the first time? Your response can be an energy downer and mixed if you are constantly bombarded with negative messages and images. Or your response can be a delightful energy uplift if it is shared from a solid positive foundation space you have designed within yourself. As you consider your various choices each day, start with self-care, self-respect and the ability to value yourself as a special being. You are on a self-treasure hunt. You can choose to have a loving relationship with yourself as a valuable whole being made up of lots of treasured pieces of yourself. As you put together your treasured pieces, it is like putting together a beautiful visual puzzle and solid foundation that will affect all of your relationships including with yourself. .
It's not only moving that creates new starting points. Sometimes all it takes is a subtle shift in perspective, an opening of the mind, an intentional pause and reset, or a new route to start to see new options and new possibilities. ~ Kristin ArmstrongDo you find yourself asking But why? before you do anything. Do you take time to pause to listen to your internal response? Do you know what you really want and what you need to modify to get you there? It is easy to spend precious time and resources keeping busy planning and building systems around ourselves rather than taking action.Being more intentional and focused with things that matter in our day-to-day living activities allows us to bring about a shift in how we approach our daily moments. This might feel difficult as it does require a different attitude concerning short-term sacrifices and having to explain to others what you are doing. Pause and discover why we want to live more intentionally.
Take a moment to pause. Slowly take a breath in and hold. Then slowly breathe out and let it go. Activate your awareness and pay attention to what your internal senses are sharing. Balance your precious daily time being and doing without a list. This effort will help ignite your inner sparkle throughout your whole day. d Lee Do you find you are spending all of your time in focused pursuit of your endless listed to-do things? How do you feel when you have accomplished them? Do you also have an active listed to-be list made of things to pursue that make you feel connected, appreciative, happy and joy filled? There are many things we just pass by because we are disconnected and take things for granted as we focus on the multiple to do lists we keep. As you create your to-be list, it can help remind you to pause with a sense of gratitude for the small things that might have previously seemed unimportant. As you add things to your to-be list, you will find yourself more balanced and connected to your inner being. When you are more grounded, you can make better decisions and choose a better way be all day.
“The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary can speak.” ~ Hans HofmannNature is a true creative master and teacher of design abundantly sharing examples of identified principals and elements of art. As humans, we have a lot to learn from Nature. Each of us is a unique piece of art. As we step along with our personal design assignment project, we are invited to actively participate with an open appreciation for all that we have available. Our human challenge though, is to practice deep observation, deep inspiration and deep experience being present with all of our senses. This process takes courage, embracing a clear vision, research and perseverance as we evolve and adapt to changes necessary to our habits that do not beg for our time but are more natural in our everyday life. Our starting design point is already available within as we practice loving ourselves just as we are. Join us as we begin designing the steps of our journey.
Keep knocking and the joy inside will eventually open a window and look out to see who is there. ~ RumiWhen you pause for a moment in your day, how do you remind yourself to shift and make this an expected valuable part of your time focus? Do you put post-it notes for yourself in your living and working environments with key words or phrases to remind yourself to act? Do you use images to invite you to pause and take a break? Or, do you completely ignore both open reminder invitations and just keep on doing whatever you are focused on? Aristotle made a discovery over 2000 years ago that thinking always includes imagery. What this message implies is we need to embrace visualization as the empowering strategy in our practicing efforts to be more present. The intentional visual cues we use can help us integrate imagery into our present experiences. Join us as we explore how to use this process with visual cues to retrieve experiences and immediately use in our daily practice. .
How do you feel when required to wait unexpectedly for something or someone and you did not allow yourself time to have to do this? Sometimes different expressive emotional words erupt from deep inside ourselves like a volcano of hot lava. And like hot lava, this uncontrolled flow of impatience can have a negative effect in all areas of our lives. PAUSE IMMEDIATELY – Pause Always Uses Simple Energy. When you take a moment to patiently pause in the moment of anger at the unplanned wait, that decision will save you many moments of regret. You will discover benefits as you apply this to your daily experiences. You will make better decisions, you will keep trying to work on focused goals, it helps preserve your important relationships, it can give you a sense of inner peace, and it can be an act of kindness to yourself and others. It can seem like a simple concept. But, in actuality, patience can be difficult to put into practice if you are not present in each of your moments. Join us.

T.S. Eliot said “For last year's words belong to last year's language. And still, after all this time, the Sun has never said to the Earth, “You owe me.” Look what happens with love like that. It lights up the sky. RumiWe are so used to the sun shining on the earth that we take its light for granted. Focusing light can create a laser for healing, a spotlight on stage, or soft light for a reading nook. Put through a prism, light creates an explosion of rainbow color. Each day dawns with light filling the world. Shadows ebb as the light becomes brighter and brighter. There are no decisions made in this daily event; it is just how it happens. You can make a choice to smile and watch as it spreads to others you meet. Without electricity, you just turned on their light. Join us and light up your inner being and the space around you.
Pause and Breathe We all have twenty-four hour days. You have many items on your to be and to do lists. It can seem that the minutes available in the day are not enough to get everything done. You want to be balanced in your daily schedule. but it can seem like an impossible dream. Is it realistic to think that you can accomplish everything on your list within the limits of the clock?Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. One way to get things done is the same way that you would eat a chocolate elephant, one bite at a time. Start by prioritizing your list, or decide what part of the elephant you want to eat first.Pause in whatever you are doing and join us as Leona Rehm provides powerful insights into effective chocolate elephant nibbling, that is, using your time, to find balance. You will be able to work without feeling constantly overwhelmed and will have a usable plan.
As with a flower and a tree, choose to be a full awesome colorful spectrum of YOU. Within the seasons of time, embrace and then release with blessings the time to pause, the time to listen, the time to see, and the time to just be. d Lee As you start your day, do you find yourself automatically dragging the past with you into your new day? This could be whatever experiences you had just yesterday or it could be all of the baggage you carry with you wherever you go and how you consistently identify yourself. Start your day instead with a deliberate PAUSE - Practice Always Using a Stillness Experience. Deliberately switch your focus into a more positive self-awareness. Your inner voice might be on Auto Pilot and might be loaded with negativity but YOU are at the controls. The more you practice being here now with awesome present experiences, and choosing how you want them to feel, the easier it becomes to be your own Pilot as you design your flight path for your new awesome day.
What is your 'Thing'? Do you find yourself always planning something but not really getting it done because you constantly run out of time to do it? Do you feel time abundance or time deprived? Historically, a lot of devices have been created that provide an illusion of having more time. An example is examining how you choose to start your day. If you use an alarm clock to wake up, do you immediately get up when the alarm sounds or do you repeatedly hit the snooze button? How does this repeated morning practice habit really feel? Do you have a sense of expanded time because you have hit the snooze button several times? What could you do with this 'snooze time' to feel more abundance? When you become present with each of your moments, small changes can help switch how you approach the rest of your moments. Time is our most valuable resource and we all have exactly the same amount of time but choose to use it differently. Join us as we explore ways to switch to feeling time abundance.
Your environment is your external body. How you honor it reminds you of your own self-worth, ability to live your life fully and is your physical connection to the greater Universe. Lynn Scheurell

Act as if what you intend to manifest in life is already a reality. Eliminate thoughts of conditions, limitations, or the possibility of it not manifesting. If left undisturbed in your mind and in the mind of intention simultaneously, it will germinate in the physical world. Wayne Dyer
Is there a gap between where you find yourself now and where you really want to be? A lot of us think the gap is there because we are lacking the knowledge of HOW to build the bridge to get where we want to go. Typically we go looking for new knowledge to fill in the HOW and we get excited with the information we are learning. It is possible to fall into the gap and get lost rather than actually completing the bridge we started building. The time spent in the learning mode can be a waste of time if you do not deliberately apply your additional knowledge. Having good intentions are great but moving forward with the new information requires practicing deliberate Action with your new skills. .
Completely engage with each moment with all of your senses. ~ d Lee Are you present when you take each moment and all of the tasks you are trying to do within the space and time you have set aside? When you use your eyes to read, do you notice what you are reading and how it feels inside as you see images or read the stories you are focusing on. Do you hear the birds chirping in the morning or the smell and gurgle of the coffee brewing? Do you feel the smoothness of paper or desk as you access your computer screen with your mouse? Do you taste the lingering coffee in your mouth after your first sip in the morning as you are waking up? Can you remember all of these moments at the end of the day? Savoring the moments as a savoring experience allows you to remember them. We recall a lot of negative experiences because they make an impression. Join us as we explore increasing our vitality when we consciously pay attention to the uplifting energy moments we mindfully savor and remember.
Everything around us and within us vibrates - we are all connected and yet we can feel disconnected when we are not present. When you hear an uplifting pattern of music, do you find yourself resonating with it – maybe getting goose bumps, tapping along to the beat or finding yourself humming to the musical flow? Just like an instrument, we can get out of tune within ourselves and get disconnected from our creativity and joy. When our mind, body, heart and soul are all aligned and vibrating in harmony, we can create beautiful songs. Join us as we explore the mindful tools we need in order to tune our inner being to act consciously thus creating more happiness, energy and grace.
“Freedom is not given to us by anyone; we have to cultivate it ourselves. It is a daily practice… No one can prevent you from being aware of each step you take or each breath in and breath out.” Thich Nhat Hanh Harmony and balance are combined in nature and the energy flows to make the Universe go ‘round. There are unchanging principles that keep things in constant motion. It starts with the Law of Oneness where everything is connected, there is one energy flow, one mind and one breath. After a few breaths, we tend to get lost in continuous plans, streaming thoughts and fantasies. We need to train our mind to come back to the breath and begin again. With this repeated process and as our mindfulness becomes steady, we can experience internal peace and calm. As this builds on the inside, it will become a mirror for our external energy system. As we come back to the one breath in and one breath out, we experience mindful discernment and can say “No thank you, I will let that one go.”

When we choose to become more present and not on autopilot, we start on our life adventure and journey expanding ourselves beyond where we currently are. We usually start from a point of observing we are not where we think we should be given all of our life's mental gymnastics and beliefs we think we could be, should be or definitions of who we think we are. This brief phrase removes the limiting boundaries that we likely have been experiencing most of our lives. Now we are a conscious creator stepping into the flow to be, to grow with intention and inspiration to just be.

“Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.” - Robert Louis Stevenson How is your thought garden growing? As you move through each of your daily moments, you are planting thought seeds in your garden. Once they are planted, they grow into your reality whether they are beautiful blooming flora or tangled thorny vines. It might seem that each of your daily moment thought seeds are a small thing but, in reality they are sprouting all around you. They gather together with other thought seeds already existing in your garden and determine your actions, your habits and your character. On its own, your thought garden does not distinguish between positive or negative action seeds and requires that we become careful caretakers of the thought seeds we plant. Take time as needed to keep in touch with what you are accepting into your garden. Make a conscious choice to refuse to accept anything that does not fit your intentions. Join us.

As a human being, we all have the ability to be mindfully present, be actively aware of what we are doing and be aware of where we are in each of our available 1,440 daily moments.
There is a choice to make within each of these precious moments. Are you mindfully present? Do you choose to pause, take a deep breath and say ahhhhh? Or do you constantly jump at the sound of your phone calling you to react to the various demanding sounds it makes?
Like anything you teach yourself, the more that you practice being mindfully present the more that it is readily available to you along with your other senses. It might feel like you are venturing into new territory. But, as you choose to pay attention and explore how you feel at the beginning and end of each day, you will likely look forward to this new way of being.

Traditional educational studies have us learning 'about' nature as if it is an object separate from us. With the Law of Oneness in mind, the variety of species making up the whole of nature are all connected and all have unique intrinsic value. Humans are just one of these species and we do not need to go far, Principles of Art including balance, emphasis, movement, rhythm, variety abound naturally. “Dance. Smile. Giggle. Marvel. TRUST. HOPE. LOVE. WISH. BELIEVE. Most of all, enjoy every moment of the journey, and appreciate where you are at this moment instead of always focusing on how far you have to go.” ~ Mandy Hale Do you keep asking yourself the same question, “Am I there yet?”. If you are constantly checking your progress, is it a potential reality or is it an illusion? Being in gratitude for where you are in the moment is the key to fresh results. Gratitude might seem an overly obvious, simple and elusive element - until you decode it as the secret sauce that provides a connection between what you want and having it. Giving thanks for where you are now acknowledges you are a creator and empowers you to create further. In this episode of Mighty Gems, learn how to expand your presence and experience new outcomes through gratitude.
I don't think of all the misery, but of all the beauty that remains. ~ Anne Frank

Our personal design assignment for ourselves is to have focused targets and goals, a strategic process and a way to get where we want to go in our lives. Although we are all connected, with similar energy systems and structures, our personal design assignment is individually Connecting Our Divine Essences. There are a variety of tools to learn about, apply to our daily living process and see if they work for our individual situation. Traditional tools have many different labels. Mindful meditation is one of these tools. In practice, it can feel hard to do when you are first putting together your personal design. .Join us as we explore how to put a design together that is portable, time sensitive and can be felt immediately.
Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days. You have many items on your to do list, and it seems the minutes available in the day are not enough to get everything done. You want to be balanced in your daily schedule, but it can seem like an impossible dream. Is it really realistic to think that you can accomplish everything on your list within the limits of the clock? One way to get things done is the same way that you would eat a chocolate elephant, one bite at a time. Start by prioritizing your list, or decide what part of the elephant you want to eat first. Pause in whatever you are doing and join us as Leona Rehm provides powerful insights into effective chocolate elephant nibbling, that is, using your time, to find balance. You will be able to work without feeling constantly overwhelmed and will have a usable plan.
Typically after a few breaths, we tend to get lost in continuous plans, streaming thoughts and fantasies. We need to train our busy mind to come back to the breath and begin again. With this repeated process and as we practice, we become more consistent with our actions and can experience internal peace and calm. As this builds on the inside, it will become a mirror for our external energy system. As we come back to the one breath in and one breath out, we experience mindful discernment and can simply say “No thank you, I will let that one go.”
“Every morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.” Buddha
How do you typically respond to surprises and unplanned events that show up in your carefully scheduled day? Do you adapt to the shifting time focus or do you wallow around and dwell on things that did not go as planned? Some things can happen in our day that we do not have control over but we do have control over how we view things that show up. We have control over our thoughts, our feelings, our actions and our bodies. When we practice self-care, it helps promote resilience. How we adapt to new daily schedule changes or events is our choice and can affect how we succeed with the plans we are focused on. When you choose to embrace the important elements of having a resilient mindset, it supports your choices. Acknowledge whatever situations showed up, view the details, learn from any mistakes and move forward as needed. Join us as we explore the choices and ways to develop intentional resilience.
Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Jim Ryun
In optimism, there is magic. In positive expectation, there is thrill and success... practice moving your gaze. Practice changing your perspective... ~ Abraham-Hicks Our focus can become distorted when we feel it is more important to be lost in our routines than to pause and remember to be here, now. When you pay attention to the details and cultivate your perspective, it can combat the depression, boredom, and negativity that many people feel too frequently. Activate your inner energy system, your Kundalini, so you can see everything with a fresh new perspective. This is the key to your self-realization and will make you feel calmer, more relaxed, and less stressed. You can focus on a single detail, like the petals of a flower or a raindrop cascading down a window. As you immerse yourself in that one thing, live the nuances of it. The world becomes vibrant in the microcosm of your focus, and, at that moment, you can find yourself in a state of balanced clarity. Join us.
Embrace resilience as you mindfully move along with the moments of your day. It will positively affect your daily outside experience in a consistent way. ~ dLee Do you take time each morning to envision your plans for your journey experience for that day? You can create your experience with an attitude of it being a recipe made up of your choice of ingredients. What experiences do you want by the end of the day as you reflect on your pathway? All of the basic ingredients for resilience are available to you and the outcome is the result of how you mix them and apply them to yourself. You can start this process right now and adjust it as needed depending on how it affects your overall intentions and sense of being. When you embrace your personal effort from a positive confidence, you can start out with a balanced expectation that you will be able to handle daily stresses that consistently show up unexpectedly. Join us as we experience the mindset of embracing resilience each day.
Join us.
Each of Nature's seasons have a higher reason for happening when they do. In practice, when we are present and we listen, they are mentors guiding our inner souls and our lives. ~ dLee
Do you savor the special gifts given us during the four distinct seasons of nature? Do you embrace the reflections of each of the seasons and apply them to your own life? When we take a higher perspective like the seasons that are as regular as clockwork in our outside worlds, we will greatly benefit when we apply the approach to our own lives. Nature is constantly changing. This can sometimes feel challenging if we are stuck in a rut rather than listening and applying the changes to our own lives. Listen, learn and dance the steps in stride as each season comes and goes. Honor and savor their unique gifts as you flow along with the currents of your life's adventures. Join us as we explore what is possible when we actively listen to nature, we are present and we actively apply what we learn.
Everything is energy. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.Albert Einstein
Energy is all around us and vibrates at different frequencies. Even things that look and feel solid are vibrating. We are living in an ocean of energy. We each vibrate differently dependent on our overall state of being. Vibration is one of the basic Universal Laws. These Laws are typically ignored because they cannot be seen. Most people rely on their five senses and what has been proven and is known as the established truth gathered through historical knowledge backed by science.
We are currently living in a paradigm shift and the established truth is emerging showing the interactive relationships of how all beings moving around in our universe operate within basic Universal Laws. Learn the importance of keeping an open mind and how to think outside the frame of knowledge held in a box.

For most of us, we are human beings floating around in a murky environment where we no longer feel we are in control. The world has become faster and will likely continue that way moving forward. We each strive to develop a higher perspective and way of being to pause on something for a moment to slow down. It can be like looking for a lily pad floating in a mind pond spinning way too fast in all directions. We have the capacity to design ways to make changes but it requires our presence and intention on a moment by moment basis. Your inner being needs access and connection to all of your senses in order to help you find the presence to slow down. Actively design a place within yourself to reduce anxiety, worry, and the multitude of strong emotions. Each day, take CALM with you and acknowledge the value it gives you to be able to take a much deserved break whenever you need it. “Intention is more than wishful thinking—it’s willful direction. It is a philosophy of the heart put into practice, a consistency of conscious patterns of thought, energy, and action. Through intention, we see more and create with more clarity, passion, and authenticity. Our attention then becomes a spotlight for every shred of supporting evidence that we’re on the right path.” ~ Jennifer Williamson

It sounds very simple when we make a comment or suggestion to Just Be. In reality, to do so is a complex request for ourselves or others. We are made up of all the stories we tell ourselves until we reach a point where we want to make a change. We realize we are no longer happy with what we are, who we are and what we are doing with our lives. We realize we are part of everything and yet we are nothing. When we make a request of ourselves saying ;'I can, we allow ourselves to explore all of the possibilities of truly being. This brief phrase removes the limiting boundaries that we likely have been experiencing most of our lives. Now we are a conscious creator stepping into the flow to grow with intention and inspiration Just Being.

The world around us always seems to be running at a very busy pace. Be present in the world around you, become aware and take notice of the details and respond with being in the here and now. When I open my eyes, I see love all around me, when I open my ears, I hear floating songs of melody, when I open my feelings, I feel truly connected, when I open my voice, I share my vocal light everywhere, when I tune to my sense of smell I am enveloped in dancing aromas. I find the inner journey path opening and clear to being with mindful peace just being me.

Join us.

We can rise each morning with Harvesting Optimistic Pattern Energy (HOPE) just as the sun's rays shine each day in our eyes. As we plant the positive seeds of thought with love, they are hidden inside but as they are warmed and nourished within their environment, they sprout bringing the seeds into being. d Lee
How do you relate to the words that you use on a regular basis? Do you find yourself stopping and taking note of how they make you feel inside or if they have an effect when you share them in your communication with others? The words of HOPE and OPTIMISM are used as if they mean the same thing but they are different. As you begin being more present with your thoughts running through your mind, you will begin to feel the significance of how they affect your overall being. Hope is a state of mind looking at future association with events or goals whereas Optimism is an attitude that can be learned. Join us as we explore these small powerful words of thought.
T.S. Eliot said “For last year's words belong to last year's language. And next year's words await another voice…” When you come to the end of something, do you take time to acknowledge where you have just come from and where you are currently at in discovering yourself? When a chapter comes to an end, what matters is leaving the past where it belongs and letting it go. Endings are valuable. At the end of a year, it is one of the best times to pause in gratitude, gather thoughts together and reflect. Then without much ado, pay attention as you step forward. Fully embrace with strength, conviction and mindful presence the new opportunities to build, grow and fully experience each new moment. You are the architect of how you design and express your voice for implementing the actions needed for building your new beginnings. Join us as we discover the true benefits of being fully present with endings and beginnings.

Seize each moment as an unique valuable opportunity to make choices using your passion and emotions to find more time to sparkle in your daily life. d Lee Do you feel yourself looking for the elusive sparkling time genie to gift you three wishes to have more time? How do you know when you have received your wishes? Do you focus on the illusion of finding time to balance all the various aspects of your busy life? Unfortunately it is difficult to actually achieve a true state of balance. Instead of hoping for balance, you can create harmony with a vision of who you are and what kind of life you want using just three words = BE HERE NOW. You can reinvent yourself as needed when you approach Time as a valuable commodity. Pay attention, be creative as you are focusing on the things you need to accomplish and letting go things you do not need to do. When you are doing things you love to do, you are energized and Time flows smoothly. Join us as we explore ways to create harmony in life.
Is Auto the name of the pilot of your daily moments? We each start our day with the same 1,440 moments available but are not present when Auto drives. Typically when we get to the end of each day, can you recall how you spent the moments? When you are in a mind-set of lack of something such as time or money, it has a way of being contagious within yourself and shared with others around you. But, when you have a mind-set of abundance and can see things with a higher perspective, it can be a curiosity for others wanting to know what is going on. You can bring more focus and clarity to your day when you pilot your day with Pause and make choices to “Be Back In a Moment.” You will discover spaces available in your calendar to include ways that make your day flow better. This also encourages you to be more present as you access creativity and compassion. Join us as we learn how to train our daily Auto pilot to Pause and explore the benefits of having space of Being Back in a Moment.
Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain… Vivian Greene
Many great locations around the world have physical reflecting pools included within their environments. They come in many shapes and sizes. Their ultimate importance is to provide a space to embrace quiet contemplation that is separate but open to reflect and interact with the world around them.
Do you find yourself being the chaotic disturbance that challenges any possibility of quiet contemplation either within yourself or from your outside influences?
To be effective, your pool must be as still as possible. You can create your own reflecting pool so you can be practicing presence and fully embracing the benefits as often as you desire. Ideally, your pool should be reflecting what you want to look at and in a space that is not crowded. Join us as we explore the basic concepts and how to design your own useful pool.

You may not know the whole story but each observation is like a piece of a jigsaw puzzle. As you observe more of the details, you will find more of the complete story opening up along with solutions to any issues identified. d Lee Do you typically experience your emotions, your streaming thoughts and your responses on a bit by bit reactive basis? It is possible to learn more clarity from the little bits you experience by intentionally observing your inner mind and body reactions without judgement. As you practice with your internal system observations, you can build your knowledge, understanding and process with a new skill of how to use insight as a way to improve your experience with your world. When you apply this inward perspective on a regular basis, it can help make your mind more clear, calm and focused from a higher perspective.

This effort will help ignite your inner sparkle along the way. d Lee Do you find you are spending all of your time in focused pursuit of to-do things? How do you feel when you have accomplished them? Do you also have an active to-be list made of things to pursue that make you feel connected, appreciative, happy and joy filled? There are many things we just pass by because we are disconnected and take things for granted. As you create this to-be list, it can help remind you to pause with a sense of gratitude for the small things that might have previously seemed unimportant. As you add things to your to-be list, you will find yourself balanced, connected to your inner being, more grounded and calm. Join us.

As humans, we are a direct reflection of Nature's base of five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. We benefit and things get easier when we can slow down and flow with these natural rhythms. dLee We have reminder cues to slow down surrounding us if we are present and consistently connecting to the rhythms of nature and the seasons. Do you make use of these available cues to slow down when you are rushing through your daily scheduled time? Or do you acknowledge the cue but choose to set it aside as an unimportant present moment connection? We can try to hide from Nature's base of five elements but we end up hiding from our precious connection with ourselves. Practice using the cues from nature to slow down and be present with it with your total inner being. The cues can be our guide when we integrate them into our daily patterns of our lives when we are present with the daylight, with the smells, with the sounds, with the tastes and how they all make us feel. As you embrace each day, approach it with your inner light and all of your senses savoring it like it is a delicious pie. As you slice up your daily time, keep a slice of joy near-by. dLee
Our daily time can start out with good intentions and then quickly get complicated if we are not practicing presence as we move along with our multiple layers of to-do items. It can feel like a daunting task to always be present with our own inner light and being called on to help others along the way. Offering hope, kindness and empathy can help others regain their own inner strength for their light to glow so they can find a sliver of joy in their day. It is not always an easy task but it can be as simple as a light in your eyes listening and a smile to someone that shows you value them and care. Each day, look at your time as a whole delicious pie of moments you can choose how to savor. Join us as we explore how to approach each day as we joyfully slice, dice and consume the 1440 moments.

What if we pause and look around. Without a sound a shared smile will flow for miles. You immerse yourself in nature's beautiful colorful bounty. You feel a spark of appreciation in your heart for the simple way it is just there.
What if we pause and look around because you really care. You pick up something dropped and out of place and you put it away somewhere. You hear the chirp of a bird in a tree even when it cannot be seen. You feel a spark of appreciation in your heart for the simple way it is just there.
What if we pause and everyone expresses a thought of joy. Where does it lead, where is the peace, where is the release?
What if one valued minute of our daily 1440 is spent by everyone with passion, with gratitude, in friendship, in tranquility, with courage, in prosperity?
What if we all become a catalyst to transform our own surrounding worlds with a spark of love. Like a flower blooming in the sun, with appreciation in our hearts, this can be done. ~ dLee
Karma is experience, and experience creates memory, and memory creates imagination and desire, and desire creates karma again. Karma, memory, and desire are just the software of the soul.

“7 Rules of Life 1) Make peace with your past so it won't screw up the present. 2) What others think of you is none of your business. 3) Time heals almost everything, give it time. 4) Don't compare your life to others and don't judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about. 5) Stop thinking too much, it's alright not to know the answers. They will come to you when you least expect it. 6) No one is in charge of your happiness, except you. 7) Smile. You don't own all the problems in the world.” ~Unknown Do you find yourself easily getting attached to things? It is easy to have a mental and emotional fixation on something we think we want or need that will make us happy. Holding on is likely a habit and our self-identity can be associated with physical things as well as human drama. We can have an illusion we are in control. In reality we can only control ourselves. Join us as we explore the wonderful benefits possible when we take responsibility and let things go.

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony. — Mahatma Gandhi Do you feel like you are constantly chasing happiness? It depends on the balance of positive and negative aspects in the coping skills between the internal and external elements. Typically what works for one person will not work for someone else because we all have different perspectives in the way we look at things in our lives. It takes time to change patterns that have become habitual and possibly on autopilot. Sometimes we have not identified goals that are important or what matter. We focus on what we do not want or don't have rather than on appreciating what we already have. Happiness is contagious but requires us to take the responsibility for our own happiness. We have the power to choose and also to let things go. Happiness does not simply just happen but is a result of careful focus. Join us as we discuss the keys to personal happiness and how to activate them.
There is no such thing as work-life balance - it is all life. The balance has to be within you. ~ Sadhguru Do you feel things are out of balance all around you and yet you feel inner peace and harmony inside yourself? Balance requires a state of mind where our physical, emotional and spiritual elements are all in alignment. When you embrace the possibilities of these as being one feeling, you will be uplifted into a state of wholeness and bliss. These concepts are not very easy to explain to others or share as they are elusive. We can feel it ourselves because it is a physical experience but is vague when trying to describe it. Others might comment that they feel the peace and calm when they are around you and they inquire as to what you are doing as they also want a part of it for themselves. When you are consciously connected you experience ultimate inner joy. Join us as we discuss the importance of practicing presence balancing bliss using all of your senses.
...Find out where joy resides, and give it a voice far beyond singing. For to miss the joy is to miss all. ~ Robert Louis Stevenson Have you experienced lighted moments of great awe? Has it lasted more than a single instant where your spirit is lifted? Suddenly we are aware of every living thing around us. The energy of Joy is contagious and we have to step outside ourselves to experience it. Joy can seem elusive. When we are in Joy, we can deliberately make someone's day. It is so easy to notice negative life events and totally let possibilities of joy slip by. When you pause on a daily basis, you can appreciate the little things around you, feel the positive vibes and feel-good energy. These feelings can be a fleeting moment in time. How can you hold onto these moments? Join us as we discuss how to deliberately get our minds to have a more consistent quality of joy and happiness. We crave these feelings and we look for them in all kinds of places, but joy can still elude us.

Allow yourself to open up your awareness. Take back the controls. Take time to pause. Join us as we hover and observe the unlimited possibilities when we choose a higher perspective.

When you make choices of how to take action based on clear positive intentions and awareness of outcomes, the possibilities are endless. Join us as we explore how to re-calibrate ourselves as we plant thought seeds of positive intentions that will create more clarity in our lives. .
“If you look to others for fulfillment, you will never be fulfilled. If your happiness depends on money, you will never be happy with yourself. Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are. When you realize there is nothing lacking, the world belongs to you.” —Lao Tzu Have you ever heard someone trying to play an instrument where the vibrating sound was just a bit out of tune? It is hard to listen to because these shared notes are out of alignment in the music scale. As a human being, we are each like a mobile vibrating instrument that can easily get out of balance. There are a lot of invitations presented to us each day enticing us to respond quickly. These responses can be ‘out of tune’ as you make verbal comments to other drivers for aggressive behaviors and if you fill your thoughts with disturbing images or news. Ultimately, we are our own Well Being energy tuner keeping ourselves in balance as we re-harmonize and re-calibrate our personal energy instrument.
I don't think of all the misery, but of all the beauty that remains. ~ Anne Frank

When you pause for a moment in your day, how do you remind yourself to shift and make this an expected valuable part of your time focus? Do you put post-it notes for yourself in your living and working environments with key words or phrases to remind yourself to act? Do you use images to invite you to pause and take a break? Or, do you completely ignore both open reminder invitations and just keep on doing whatever you are focused on?
Aristotle made a discovery over 2000 years ago that thinking always includes imagery. What this message implies is we need to embrace visualization as the empowering strategy in our practicing efforts to be more present. The intentional visual cues we use can help us integrate imagery into our present experiences. Join us as we explore how to use this process with visual cues to retrieve experiences and immediately use in our daily practice. .

When you go for a physical walk in Nature are you 100% present with the experience that is abundantly shared with all of your senses? Do you make a mental note of the high valued immediate benefits experienced with your inner being - mind, body and spirit? Do you continue to feel this and enjoy that deep joyful feeling after the experience?
When you think of having a large quantity of something that is plentiful - how do you relate to it? The words abundance and prosperity have two separate meanings. The word abundance is on the inside and is a feeling such as love, calm, joy, gratitude. What you feel is abundant is likely different to someone else. Prosperity is on the outside and is tangible as material wealth.
Join us as we explore these two powerful words with infinity of limitless possibilities, differences of their unique mindsets and how to openly receive the benefits of both.
It's not only moving that creates new starting points. Sometimes all it takes is a subtle shift in perspective, an opening of the mind, an intentional pause and reset, or a new route to start to see new options and new possibilities. ~ Kristin Armstrong
Do you find yourself asking But why? before you do anything. Do you take time to pause to listen to your internal response? Do you know what you really want and what you need to modify to get you there? It is easy to spend precious time and resources keeping busy planning and building systems around ourselves rather than taking action.
Being more intentional and focused with things that matter in our day-to-day living activities allows us to bring about a shift in how we approach our daily moments. This might feel difficult as it does require a different attitude concerning short-term sacrifices and having to explain to others what you are doing.
Join us as we pause and discover why we want to live more intentionally.

Presence is everything: Observe, Inspire and Experience. Do you find it hard to slow down to take a deeper look at something? We can 'listen' and gather details of events and people's attitudes to be more completely informed. How often do you feel uplifted and inspired as you go through your daily moments? When you get excited about something you are doing and share it with others, it can grow way beyond your immediate connections. You might not even know how far it goes as it ignites others and flows.

Spirals of energy are not only within each of us but are also in the world around us. Made mostly of water, we are all beings powered by electrical charges and swirls of magnetic energy.

How often do you find yourself answering to the open invitation of nature’s beings to step outside and give your full attention to observe, listen, open all of your senses and be filled with awe? There is no need to read between the lines of what you are picking up with this experience. You are presented with instant action and reaction and a full impression of the scene as it is truly being presented. An expansive nonverbal language is born between ourselves and our world when we connect with this simple invitation being offered. Sometimes our tendency is to over react with impatient gestures, facial expressions, vocal tones, eye contact, body language and talking loudly with our hands.
Having good intentions are great but moving forward with the new information requires practicing deliberate new skills to get results. Join us.
“The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary can speak.” ~ Hans Hofmann Nature is a true creative master and teacher of design abundantly sharing examples of identified principals and elements of art.
Nature is man's teacher. She unfolds her treasures to his search, unseals his eye, illumes his mind, and purifies his heart; an influence breathes from all the sights and sounds of her existence. ? Alfred Billings Street
Our personal design assignment for ourselves is to have focused targets and goals, a strategic process and a way to get where we want to go in our lives. Although we are all connected, with similar energy systems and structures, our personal design assignment is individually Connecting Our Divine Essences. Mindful components include being present with all of our senses, having perseverance, awareness, non-judgment, and an attitude of gratitude. There are a variety of tools to learn about, apply to our daily living process and see if they work for our individual situation. Traditional tools have many different labels. Mindful meditation is one of these tools.
When your energy vibrates at a frequency that is in direct alignment with what the universe has been attempting to deliver your entire life, you begin to live in the flow and true miracles start to happen. ~ Penache Desai There are many perceived complexities and shiny distractions around us. These have caused us to lose touch with the principles of harmony and unity in nature and our higher spiritual relationships. Many ancient cultures understood the basics and built their life structure and philosophies around them. They recognized there were energy centers within the human body making up a basic integrated system that was intermixed with the earth and sky energies. Each energy center receives, processes and transmits information currents between the body and the outside world. As the currents move, they are set up to be energetically balanced but can become out of balance. Each energy center is unique. Join us as we pause to map out our exploration of these precious centers.

What do you want showing up in your world today? When we start each day and turn on an internal positive attitude of ‘I can’, this will flow as a source of feeling happy, loved, secure, energized and full of purpose as we organize our precious time available to us each day. Sometimes we feel like we are being kicked around by an attitude of ‘I can’t’ and we can be knocked off balance by circumstances that show up. It is how we react that determines how we are affected and how long we remain out of balance. By making a choice to see everything from a positive base position, it will open up opportunities to experience joy, energy, learning and clarity in almost any situation. Join Mighty Gems and learn how to enthusiastically open up the flow of abundance with an ‘I can’ attitude.
Albert Einstein said, “A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” If someone cuts you off while you are driving, how do you feel and how do you respond? Usually there is an immediate feeling of anger. You could surprise yourself by turning your annoyance into gratitude and love. This will launch a higher attitude and vibration of love, appreciation and abundance. Join Mighty Gems and learn how to see the immediate reflection in any circumstance that will give you a sense of compassion rather than aggravation.
Adopt the pace of nature: her secret is patience. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
When moving at the speed of daily life, handling everything that we are being and doing, it can seem like we are rushing to slow down. Some might find this creates a negative thought process; others may find an invitation to pause the rushing to reconnect to what really matters. Every day, you face challenges (that seem to increase!); it can be easy to get caught in confusion as to which way to go and where to focus your attention. Rather than being connected to the chaos, it is vital to connect to your inner state, your breath and your intention to live more mindfully in the now. The ultimate benefit is to give you a stronger internal foundation with a higher perspective that widens as you focus on the present vs. the continuously evolving, never-ending journey. It is in this moment of focus that you can tap into your heart. Join Mighty Gems to explore the critical links between mind, heart and pure presence
We must never forget that it is through our actions, words, and thoughts that we have a choice. ~ Sogual Rinpoche When you move through your day, do you realize how much abundance is in your world right now? Humans have an internal system made of different senses, or abundance receptors (such as sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch), that provide constant data on a multitude of levels about your environment and experience. Each of these senses allows for a different reaction potential or sensation of a perceived value. It is your choice as to whether you want to accept or reject balancing that data point with your experience of your external environment. What do you do with all of the physical data you collect? How open are you to receive, process and apply this information to balance all of the abundance of your existence on every level - physical, emotional / Spiritual, intellectual, economic/financial and social? Join Mighty Gems to learn how to value and apply all of this data.
“The problems that exist in the world today cannot be solved by the level of thinking that created them.” ~ Albert Einstein When you feel boxed in by problems, how do you get enough freedom to solve them? Sometimes, when a solution shows up ‘out of the blue’, you might experience a flash of your own life energy. It can feel surprising to get a solution that pops in exactly when needed – when you weren’t focused on it. You might want to be more open through pure presence to experience more moments of such easy inspiration, but how? The good news is that there are ways to ‘kick out the walls’ and get creative solutions to problems. All it takes is surrendering to your creative brain which, in turn, connects to your inner guidance. (That’s all…!) Get energized and inspired on this episode of Mighty Gems on how to kick out the walls of any ‘box’ of problems.
“The way we communicate with others and with ourselves ultimately determines the quality of our lives.” ~ Tony Robbins “Are you here yet?” If you find your mind wandering or that you are multi-tasking when you are communicating with another, your presence is diluted and fragmented. It also sets the tone that the other can do the same. People will tend to size you up quickly and be slow to change their first impressions over time. Listening and being present physically, emotionally and mindfully affects how others interpret and connect to what you are saying. How present you are in your self-talk sets your choices, actions and results in motion. People with presence look confident and comfortable, speak clearly and persuasively and are able to think clearly under pressure. Join Mighty Gems to explore ways of being more present for true, focused communication.
“Dance. Smile. Giggle. Marvel. TRUST. HOPE. LOVE. WISH. Giving thanks for where you are now acknowledges you are a creator and empowers you to create further. In this episode of Mighty Gems, learn how to expand your presence and experience new outcomes through gratitude.

“Life is made up of a collection of moments that are not ours to keep. The pain we encounter throughout our days spent on this earth comes from the illusion that some moments can be held onto. Clinging to people and experiences that were never ours in the first place is what causes us to miss out on the beauty of the miracle that is the now. All of this is yours, yet none of it is. How could it be? Look around you. Everything is fleeting.” ~ Rachel Brathen

It may last only a few seconds before bursting but those moments are precious. The positive effect on curiosity and overall emotions can last far longer than a few seconds. Or, do you stop whatever you are doing for a moment, closely look around wherever you are, take a deep breath and express sincere gratitude? Open up your five senses, observe nature and all of its unwavering and immutable abundant operation that is thriving without human help or intervention. A conscious focused effort provides an opportunity to learn about other people’s passions and what motivates them to be who they are. Join Mighty Gems as we explore the true valuable benefits of how we can consciously share communication sparkles with others in our lives.
“Awakening the State of Presence is a stage in the evolution of consciousness; it is where awareness is able to separate itself from its content, the mind…You can watch this mind a hundred years; you can repeat mantras and do thousands of visualizations but the mind in its unconscious core will not change. Become present to your Real Me and see what happens! There is no need to do anything! Just be present to yourself and that very presence will do the whole work! It is like turning the light on inside a dark room. But turning the light on in one instant destroys darkness and all illusions. That is the power of self-knowledge. That is the beauty of this practice — you don't need to watch the mind or manipulate with it [sic] anymore in any way. You are just present to your presence and the mind by itself becomes silent…”—From Human Buddha

“Existence is beyond the power of words to define Terms may be used But are none of them absolute. In the beginning of heaven and earth there were no words, Words came out of the womb of matter; And whether a man dispassionately sees to the core of life Or passionately sees the surface, The core and the surface are essentially the same, Words making them seem different Only to express appearance. It renews our natural sense of optimism and opens us up to new possibilities.” Stuart Brown, MD br When you see a bubble floating by on a breeze – what is your immediate reaction and emotion when you see it? “Your best ideas, those eureka moments that turn the world upside down, seldom come when you're juggling emails, rushing to meet the 5 P.M. deadline or straining to make your voice heard in a high-stress meeting. Ironically, it takes the symphony of all these parts to become all of you – a human being.
“Style is very personal. It has nothing to do with fashion. Fashion is over quickly. Style is forever. It’s taking a risk, trying something unexpected, and having fun with fashion but always being true to yourself.” ~ Ralph Lauren How you see yourself directly affects how you act and the results you create in your life. Each person has an unique self-perception and, further, ways of translating our inner landscape to the outer world. The ideal is to show up in the external world as completely aligned with your inner self and who you really are at your core. By being aware of your personal style, you can become aware of the discrepancies - and even consequences - of not having alignment between your inner and outer worlds. Join Mighty Gems to learn the four style dimensions to be more authentic in how you express and show up in the world.

“There is no passion to be found playing small – in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living.”
Do you find that you sometimes wonder where the passion in your life is – or why you don’t feel more clear about why you are doing something?
“Life will give you whatever experience is the most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.”
“We cannot become what we want to be by remaining what we are. We can only change our life, if we are brave enough to be out of our comfort zone. Because the first step to change in your circumstances is a change from within you.” ~ Lou Macabasco br People are drawn to movies, shows and entertainment that evoke strong reaction. It may be that the attraction depends on people feeling a sense of lack in their own lives, like they are missing something or need excitement. They want to raise their adrenaline and stress response for a limited time to feel more alive – and then return to their ‘comfortable’ life. One of the great opportunities in life is to open the door to the unknown, embrace the adventure and take action to truly live life. According to Jim Lutes, we each start out the same; however, we end up with different internal programs as a result of personal experience. Open the door to Mighty Gems and Jim Lutes to reprogram your life reality beyond what you think is possible.
“Teachers who inspire realize there will always be rocks in the road ahead of us. They will be stumbling blocks or stepping stones. It all depends on how we use them.” ~ Author Unknown brbr Life is change and that means it can be challenging. We are all constantly called to make adaptive changes to respond and grow. As much as we attempt to be in control of everything and, in some cases, we do get some control, the truth is that there is much more that cannot be controlled. We can choose to respond or choose to react; when in a reactive state of being, life will feel out of focus. Jim Britt, an internationally recognized leader in peak performance and personal empowerment, has shared his success principles with over 1,000,000 people from all walks of life and mentored / coached Anthony Robbins for his first five years in business. Join Mighty Gems to learn from Jim Britt about how to distinguish what you can control and what to let go.
“I truly believe we can either see the connections, celebrate them, and express gratitude for our blessings, or we can see life as a string of coincidences that have no meaning or connection. For me, I’m going to believe in miracles, celebrate life, rejoice in the views of eternity and hope my choices will create a positive ripple effect in the lives of others. This is my choice.” ~ Mike Ericksen
We all have exactly 86,400 seconds every day to use – and it only takes one to say “thank you”. Life gives us much to savor: watching nature dance with the rays of the sun, the laughter of children, the joy of feeling good. As a result, you attract more goodness and have the opportunity to practice more gratitude. Join Mighty Gems to explore consciously embracing the benefits and habit of gratitude.
“The River of Life is the source… the River just flows – and all else is our drama. The River flows – and all else is our invention.” ~ Jonathan Lockwood Huie
You, like everyone else, face a fundamental choice each day. That choice is whether you will resist what IS or whether you will participate in the flow of life as it unfolds. You are an active participant of the “River of Life” that just IS and just Flows. What you pay attention to determines how you relate to the core system of life that is constantly emerging and universally available in every moment. By shifting your focus to a full conscious awareness from deep within yourself about your state of inner flowing with the world, you become aware of the possibilities for expansion born of your be-ingness. Your vibrational frequency is an attraction mechanism; clarifying and raising your vibration brings you better experiences to match it in kind. Join Mighty Gems to consider the art of flowing in your own life.
“There are only two days in the year that nothing can be done. One is called yesterday and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, and mostly live.” Dalai Llama
Too often, we move through life without paying attention to it. Many people just go along with how the energies flow vs. being present in them, much less guiding them. If that is the case, how do you know what is truly important? One way to be here NOW is to pay attention to your consciousness senses – how you feel as you process your internal thoughts throughout the day. As you do, you have just WON a moment of focus in your NOW. When your presence is actively participating in your NOW moments, the benefits are exponential. Join Mighty Gems to discover how to pay attention to your life in new ways.
“Too many people overvalue what they are not and undervalue what they are.” ~ Malcolm S. Forbes

If you find that the voice in your head runs how you feel, while your heart is not heard and your inner peace is elusive, you may be experiencing ego issues. The ego is important – it just needs to have the right place and purpose to keep things moving along in your life. Join Mighty Gems to explore your ego – and self-empowerment - in a new way.
“What I focus on in Life is what I get. And if I concentrate on how bad I am or how wrong I am or how inadequate I am, if I concentrate on what I can’t do and how there’s not enough time in which to do it, isn’t that what I get every time? And when I think about how powerful I am, and when I think about what I have left to contribute, and when I think about the difference I can make on this planet, then that’s what I get. You see, I recognize that it’s not what happens to you; it’s what you do about it.” - W.O. Mitchell
Your focus determines your results. If your days pass but you cannot remember what you did, you are not alone. By being present to even the smallest moments in your life, you will find new levels of insight and clarity. Join Mighty Gems to discover how to focus on what really matters so you can live your life rather than having it living you.

Remember the last time you took an airplane trip and looked at the clouds… how they seemed solid and then, when the clouds broke, you could see the terrain far below? No need to fly at 40,000 feet to get a higher viewpoint – you can do it from the ground! It’s a simple choice to evolve your consciousness (or not). “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
Many people look in the mirror and see their flaws rather than their unique beauty. A multitude of studies done on happiness show that self-worth is based on self-acceptance, and self-acceptance is a natural by-product of self-improvement habits on a daily basis. Self-acceptance is one of the key ingredients for life success but also seems to be one of the least-practiced focus areas of daily living. There can be a possible feeling of apathy about the core self, believing “I was born this way” or maybe “I’m not worthy” or even “I’m unlovable”. As important to your life quality as breathing, it is vital to identify specific qualities, characteristics and traits about yourself that you can happily accept and, at the same time, be objective in what you want to improve. Join Mighty Gems to explore insights around self-acceptance of your unique and wondrous being.
“Visualization and belief in a pattern of reality activates the creative power of realization.” ~ A. L. Linall, Jr.

“It is in the dynamic interplay between head and Heart and Hara that we discover Truth, Wisdom and Well-being.” ~ Tenchi Seiki Te-Ate
Do you take for granted all your parts – body, mind, soul, spirit - and wonder how they can all be one? Ironically, it takes the symphony of all these parts to become all of you – a human being. It is easy to compartmentalize them, in which case you may never have the chance to appreciate the wonder of you. Fortunately, there are ways to attune to all your parts, like yoga and Feng Shui. There are ways to awaken to a more enlightened consciousness by understanding the true value of yourself as the combination of individual parts, mystery of life force energy and who you are in all your magnificence. Does it feel like you are putting pieces together of puzzling life events while also trying to make sense of them? Schedule time for yourself to be present in the here-and-now. Join Mighty Gems to discover the peace in the pieces.
“One new perception, one fresh thought, one act of surrender, one change of heart, one leap of faith, can change your life forever.” ~ Robert Holden
Have you ever been asked if your glass (or life) is half-empty or half-full? It might seem like a simple question but how you discern that truth affects your reality. Your filters of perception are very powerful as you have the ability to change them and, when you do, it changes everything in your world. When you look outside and around yourself, what do you see? Your discernment clarifies if others are positive or negative, an annoyance or overly caring, stuck or just making slow progress. What you discern from the world around you determines what you will likewise experience in your own life. When you shift your filters of discernment, your attitude will correspondingly shift and you can begin to apply the power of perception for positivity. Join Mighty Gems to learn how your discernment can guide you to having a full glass in life.
“Do the small stuff. A consistent little will earn you a lot.” ~ Richelle E. Goodrich
Consider that a clock is consistently and always moving – one minute at a time; each small minute is required to create an hour. With enough hours accumulated, you have a day. We each have the same number of minutes and hours in a day… what varies is how much energy we invest in each minute. With patience, a steady moment-by-moment approach, your experience is powerful. A drip drop of rain falling can become a raging river. Small deposits made on a consistent basis can become a small fortune. A collection of positive thoughts can make your whole day feel different. Even the smallest encouragement or act of helping someone with something that seems small has, in reality, incredible power. Join Mighty Gems to learn how small ripples made with loving care can have a mighty effect on your life.
“We all have an inner voice, our personal whisper from the universe. All we have to do is listen – feel and sense it with an open heart. Sometimes it whispers of intuition or precognition. Other times, it whispers an awareness, a remembrance from another plane. Dare to listen. Dare to hear with your heart.” ~ C.J. Heck
Can you recall all of the experiences you had today? How about yesterday? The way you perceive and experience the outside world around you is a result of how you use your basic five senses - hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch. You also have inner ‘soul senses’ available to help you decide whether or not to enjoy an experience. If you do not know how to quiet your inner self, it may be competing with your outer world full of distractions. Take time to feel your breath. Take time to quiet your mind and listen to your heart beat. Join us at Mighty Gems to discover a vast and powerful inner peace through joyful perception.
To find the universal elements enough; to find the air and the water exhilarating; to be refreshed by a morning walk or an evening saunter; to be thrilled by the stars at night; to be elated over a bird’s nest or a wildflower in spring – these are some of the rewards of the simple life. ~ John Burroughs
Do you find yourself feeling bounced around with all of the electronic currents from the multitude of electronics being used as an integral part of your daily life? Most people will ‘crash’ energetically only to get up and start all over again the next morning without realizing what happened – their nervous system got overwhelmed from all the e-signals. It takes conscious effort to observe the effects of e-frequencies and reflect on what’s best for you. Nature is the organic antidote to e-signal overload. “It's interesting to see that people had so much clutter even thousands of years ago. The only way to get rid of it all was to bury it, and then some archaeologist went and dug it all up.” ― Karl Pilkington
Do you find it is hard to let go of things you have held onto for some reason (mental, physical, financial, etc.)? Many people believe cutting down on clutter means simply physically removing items, objects and papers from a certain area and maybe burying it. Join Mighty Gems and learn the secret steps to getting started on this life changing project. Discover SPACE and flow around you now rather than having to dig it up in the future.

“Be mindful of your self-talk. It is a conversation with the universe.” ~ Carl Jung
Does it seem like your mind has a running tape on replay with constant chatter? How do you feel when you tune into it – lifted or drained? The unfortunate truth for most people is that their constant self-talk is negative with over-used reruns of past thoughts, ‘re-tread’ beliefs and anxious ‘what if’ thoughts about the future. There is a direct connection between what you think, how you feel, how you act and how your reality outside shows up. The good news is your inner conversation can change! By becoming aware, you can take control of your mind-chatter so it actually supports you in having hope and creating a positive life. Join Mighty Gems – and power up your self-talk

Words are the roots for all your thoughts. What you think affects what you believe. What you believe affects your attitude. Your attitude influences how you act. How you act influences your relationships with others. Words generate positive or negative emotional energy. It takes one word – positive or negative – a fraction of a second to affect your emotional state of well-being and bio-chemically change your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and digestion. You have the basics available to truly synthesize true communication to reflect your self-expression from inside yourself especially when you smile. Join Mighty Gems and learn from 89-year old author Edith Namm how to “Change To A Positive Mindset And Extend Your Lifeline: A Journey To Miles Of Smiles, Positive Energy Power, Hope, Health And Happiness.”
Of all of our inventions for mass communication, pictures still speak the most universally understood language. Walt Disney
Thought happens in pictures. Communication happens either through images, body language or hand signals. Communication becomes a verbal expression of mental images. Just as a good recipe has sequential ingredients, good communication is based on sharing the sequential pictures we have in our mind in a clear, aligned and effective way. True communication is more than tossing around a few words. It is a powerful process of sharing energy made tangible through speech. The exchange of thoughts, messages and non-verbal signals serve as important ingredients. How you choose to convey your mental images through verbal and non-verbal messaging determines your communication success. This also holds true for your connection with animals. Join Mighty Gems to learn how to set the stage for greater mutual understanding in your creative communications.
The universe bursts into existence from life, not the other way around as we have been taught. For each life there is a universe, its own universe. We generate spheres of reality, individual bubbles of existence. Our planet is comprised of billions of spheres of reality, generated by each individual human and perhaps even by each animal. ~ Robert Lanza One of the highest returns on investment that you can make is to take a few minutes daily to acknowledge the good things in your world, including your animal relationships. Being grateful for animal energy creates a bond with the natural world that can increase good health, happiness and optimism. An animal doesn’t wait for you to intellectualize what’s happening; instead, the invitation is to respond from the heart immediately. And that can feel like a lost art. Join Mighty Gems and learn how to nurture a special connection with your animal friends.
Whether you think you can, or think you can’t, you’re right. ~ Henry Ford When life is normal, you don’t think about what you cannot control. Then something happens beyond your control and your world is shaken and you are forced to respond. Fight or flight? Stand or surrender? Victim or victor? Unexpected events are reminders to treasure your life, to get out of your comfort zone and to prioritize your attention. An innate sense of adventure pulls you out of the past into the present and you become a contender. Understand the dynamic of natural life rhythms and the power of a can-do attitude to create your best life. Listen to Mighty Gems to balance the outer dynamic with the inner experience.
Don’t seek happiness. The more you want to be happy, the more miserable you will feel. Instead just be happy, because happiness is the state of true consciousness. It is a state on non-expectance, thoughtlessness, egolessness, and a state of nothingness. So just be happy! ~ Vishwas Chavan Most people, when asked the question, “How are you feeling?”, answer with a quick “Fine”. It’s a nicety rather than an opportunity to share what they are REALLY feeling. Emotional language can be difficult and is different for each person describing feelings and emotions. The default is to use metaphors, labels and jumbled words that can be confusing. When triggered just right, a supercharged answer can gushes like a fountain. Self-expression affects all areas of your life professionally, socially, personally, creatively and sensually. Get in the flow of clear self-expression with Mighty Gems.

When you wander in and out of stores for a little ‘retail therapy’, it’s a good bet that what you’re looking for isn’t in the shops. Instead, you’re likely looking for something that will make you feel good - happier, more loved or just feel better. Unfortunately, it’s a bit like eating cotton candy for dinner – the satiety and satisfaction is short-lived. So you do what any human does – you try a different store or a different purchase to feel good because maybe THAT will do it. But you already know how that story ends. The good news is that there is another way – and it’s a lot less expensive. Feel good on command by discovering the Mighty Gem of Feel Good Energy.
As a happy person, you radiate happiness to the world. Visualize your light radiating throughout the world, passing from person to person until it encircles the globe. - Jonathan Lockwood Huie
Do you have feelings of awe when you look up at the sky, see the vastness of space and observe the stars? Some are bright while others reflect their existence only with a faint outline. Ancient wisdom has documented this same experience through time – you are seeing the very same thing that our ancestors have seen over thousands of years. As you look at the starry night, you might feel small in relation with the cosmos. You might not feel important or that you have significant potential as a part of this vastness. In reality, you are a microcosm of the universe and you can make a real difference in our world. Your thoughts, words and conscious actions add to universal unity. Join us - you are a Mighty Gem.
You are an eternal being now on the pathway of endless unfoldment, never less but always more yourself. Life is not static. It is forever dynamic, forever creating - not something done and finished, but something alive, awake and aware. There is something within you that sings the song of eternity. Listen to it. ~ Ernest Holmes You came into this world as a little bud of potential. You learned how to open up through what you experienced. You are a being made up of a combined mixture of physical and spiritual aspects. As you explore and open yourself to be able to know all of the possibilities available to you, you experience the choice of knowledge. You select what you want to know – somewhat like taking a book (or option) off the library shelf (of possibilities). You take the specific experience, consume it and discern that you are expanding in the same way a bud blossoms into a flower. Join Mighty Gems to discover how to unfold the possibilities available within you.
According to Vedanta, there are only two symptoms of enlightenment, just two indications that a transformation is taking place within you toward a higher consciousness. The first symptom is that you stop worrying. Things don't bother you anymore. You become light-hearted and full of joy. The second symptom is that you encounter more and more meaningful coincidences in your life, more and more synchronicities. And this accelerates to the point where you actually experience the miraculous. ~ Deepak Chopra You have likely experienced a sequence of seeing a certain number popping up wherever you go in seemingly unrelated locations such as street numbers or room numbers. Or a song plays in your mind and you just happen to be flipping the radio dial and the song comes out of the speaker. Is this pure coincidence or is it a “cosmic” pattern representative of a harmonizing principle and belief of “oneness” with the Universe? Join Mighty Gems as we explore Synchronicity.
“I have for many years endeavored to make this vital truth clear; and still people marvel when I tell them that I am happy. They imagine that my limitations weigh heavily upon my spirit, and chain me to the rock of despair. Yet, it seems to me, happiness has very little to do with the senses. If we make up our minds that this is a drab and purposeless universe, it will be that, and nothing else. On the other hand, if we believe that the earth is ours, and that the sun and moon hang in the sky for our delight, there will be joy upon the hills and gladness in the fields because the Artist in our souls glorifies creation. Surely, it gives dignity to life to believe that we are born into this world for noble ends, and that we have a higher destiny than can be accomplished within the narrow limits of this physical life.” ~ Helen Keller brbr Within these words, lies the secret to living a great life. It may be hard for an egg to turn into a bird: it would be a jolly sight harder for it to learn to fly while remaining an egg. We are like eggs at present. And you cannot go on indefinitely being just an ordinary, decent egg. We must be hatched or go bad. C. S. Lewis As a human being, you come into this world with a lot of potential, passion and curiosity. As you grow, learn and change, you can lose enthusiasm, energy and sparkle. Remember the children’s rhyme Humpty Dumpty? His world dramatically changed as he fell off the wall. After his fall, how did all of his pieces fit together again? In the real world, sometimes the pieces can’t go back together again – and that’s a good thing. This simple children’s rhyme is a metaphor for human growth. Our expanding awareness means we are going beyond where we’ve been. We are changing and life will not be the same. Discover how transformation can be the very thing you need by joining Mighty Gems to explore the sparkling jewel of Change.

Common sense and a sense of humor are the same thing, moving at different speeds. A sense of humor is just common sense, dancing. William James We humans come equipped with five core senses - hearing, speaking, smelling, seeing and feeling. What we don’t always remember is that we also have a ‘6th sense’ based on natural instinct and intuition. This extra-sensory perception comes into play in many ways; some call it inner wisdom. Seeing clearly, interpreting and understanding insights is a skill and a focus that we tend to take for granted. Your intuition speaks to you in different languages – from visual to auditory to sensory. What is your common sense wisdom saying to you right now that you might be missing? And how can it inspire your best life? Harvest your own Mighty Gem of Intuitive Clarity by joining us for a lively discussion!
The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place. George Bernard Shaw Having a good conversation is like putting together tasty ingredients to make a special meal. As with any recipe, there are basic ingredients that come with measuring suggestions and instructions on how to mix things and how long to bake them for the perfect outcome. Just like a great dish, a conversation is more than tossing around a few words – it’s actually a powerful process of manifestation. Speaking truth and manifesting desire is the essence of the fifth chakra in our mighty human energy system so how you convey your message becomes vitally important. Only 10% of people remember what they hear so you have to make the most of your communications. Discover the key ingredients for creating powerful clarity and results through conversations by joining Mighty Gems – it’s the recipe that you can use right away!
Although you may not always be able to avoid difficult situations, you can modify the extent to which you can suffer by how you choose to respond to the situation. ~ Dalai Lama If someone cuts you off while you are driving, how do you feel and how do you respond to them? For many people, there is an immediate feeling of anger and wanting to reciprocate. However, you could also totally surprise yourself by choosing to turn your annoyance into a trigger for expressing gratitude and love. This is the essence of the fourth chakra. By having the courage to connect with an intentional emotion and forgiveness, you will have a sense of compassion rather than aggravation. Rather than quickly spiraling into an emotional tug of war, it becomes an act of rising above the situation – the hallmark reflection of a humane person. Join Mighty Gems to learn more about how to launch vibrational appreciation and gratitude - in any circumstance! - To have more meaningful relationships with others.
My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style. Maya Angelou Have you ever experienced a ‘short circuit’ in your internal body’s electrical system panel? Sometimes the quick fix is to slam the door shut and pretend everything is working in harmony. We humans are made up of many integrated systems controlled by a central fuse box and fusion of many energies. When in tune – organized and assimilating correctly – this basic fuse box sustains life in balance and harmony. However, when that core inner system is out of balance by such things as pressure we put on ourselves, choices on nutritional fuel, life pacing and environmental toxins we tolerate, dysfunctional issues arise in life. But you can power up your inner systems without pulling all the plugs - join Mighty Gems to learn more!

If our belief system excludes us from sharing bread with those who do not believe the exact same manner as we do, that’s when its time to re-evaluate our belief system. Sadiqua Hamdan Who are you, really? Your beliefs give you clues of you are. They affect how you interpret the world around you. Do you believe the limiting messages you have received verbally, physically or silently? Ironically, you may not even know when you are believing those messages. If your choices in life do not fit, you change your beliefs to fit your choices, or you adjust your interpretation of the choice or the belief. Each choice is an invitation to create your reality. By being aware of your choices and clarifying what you value, your beliefs become more apparent. Knowing what you believe gives you a sense of certainty in decision-making, supports you in recognizing opportunities, and helps create your life by having conscious awareness. We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty. Maya Angelou Are you swinging on a see-saw of changes or teeter tottering on transitions in your life? Living a hectic existence, it can be easy to rush around, see-sawing back and forth with changes, in and out of transitions toward something shiny and new. Situations change. Life’s events cycle around and through us - each with a beginning and an end. I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship. Brené Brown

Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life. Brian Tracy
Communication is one of the most important life skills. Effective communication is two sided. It is sharing our thoughts and feelings with another and having the other understand accurately what we are saying. Most of our waking life is spent sending or receiving information. Yet we do not think to improve our skills, either in conveying our thoughts or in understanding the thoughts of others. Even more, with the proliferation of acronyms and abbreviations used in social media, a new language has been created. But only a very small amount of communication is verbal. Most communication happens through tone of voice and gestures, both of which are missing in social media. Poor communication can cause misunderstandings and conflict. Join k d MarLee as we explore the Mighty Gem of communication.
At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. Albert Schweitzer For many of us, life has become a frantic round of obligations and tasks. It is easy to fall into autopilot mode and let life slip by us. Running on autopilot can dim our inner light, and we forget the connections that we have with ourselves and those around us. The way to turn up our inner light is to wake up, get off autopilot, and become an active participant in your life. If the scenery of your life is flashing by and you do not like the direction your autopilot has taken you, make the choice to turn on your light. You have a choice of how you perceive the world, and that choice colors everything in it. Discover what you need to know about the care and feeding of your inner light by joining us. And still, after all this time, the Sun has never said to the Earth, “You owe me.” Look what happens with love like that. It lights up the sky. Rumi Each day dawns with light filling the world. Shadows ebb as the light becomes brighter and brighter. There are no decisions made in this daily event; it is just how it happens. We are so used to the sun shining on the earth that we take its light for granted. Focusing light can create a laser for healing, a spotlight on stage, or soft light for a reading nook. Put through a prism, light creates an explosion of rainbow color. We wouldn’t make it long in a world without light. “Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” ~ Wayne Dyer brbr Contrary to cultural conditioning, you don’t need to pursue abundance because you already have it. What? Feeling like it’s in hiding? Think that you aren’t abundant because you don’t have enough money? To perceive the abundance around you, to create a life of giving and receiving, to be in gratitude for what you have… these are the simple keys to living a truly abundant life. But here’s the kicker that you could be experiencing – it’s hard to “perceive” abundance, it’s challenging to be comfortable with receiving and gratitude gets overlooked with comfort. Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart. Who looks outside, dreams. Who looks inside, awakens. Carl Jung brbr We are each on a journey. Some of us are dreaming, but others of us are going inside, into the heart and awakening. As part of this journey, we have to take responsibility for our beliefs, our thoughts, our actions, and our reactions. We are the conduit through which energy flows into ourselves, into our world, and into the earth. Focusing on your breath is a way to start becoming more aware of yourself as a being of energy. As you take better care of yourself, the more balanced your life will feel as the energy flows between your spirit and your mind and body. It is only the connections with others that keep us from being alone in the universe. Kayli Martin brbr Discussions regarding ethics, or how we live in relationship to others, have been around since ancient times. These discussions have been abstract, making the principles being discussed tough to understand and even harder to apply to our everyday lives. Yet our everyday lives have grown more challenging with technological advances that have created more perplexing situations and many more choices. Our world seems to be shrinking as communications technologies make it possible for us to interact with those who are thousands of miles away. We need a way that is easier to understand and apply in order to navigate the complexities of modern life. brbr Please join us as we talk with Kayli Martin to discover this powerfully simple way we can recognize ourselves as unique individuals, but also provide a way to relate to those around us in our world, regardless of how complex our lives become.

We talk about physical health and mental health as two separate things. Yet the health of our bodies and our minds are connected. What affects the health of one, affects the health of the other. It is impossible to separate the two. If one is out of balance, the other will be out of balance. We cannot ignore the needs of our body and have good mental health, and vice versa. Both parts of ourselves require attention to stay healthy. The good news is that it is possible to assist our minds to be healthy by paying attention to the health of our body. Having good mental health habits can help our bodies to stay healthy.
Please join us as we talk with Dr. John Sindorf about the interactions between our minds and our bodies. He will give us insights from his years of practice in how to keep our minds and our bodies healthy and in balance.
