On this Wednesday hump day edition of Bernie & Sid in the Morning, Sid goes solo again as he dives into the primary election outcomes from the last 24 hours, most notable of course being Liz Cheney losing her primary election in Wyoming to the Trump-endorsed Harriet Hageman. Miraculously and nonsensically, Cheney made an appearance on the "Today Show" this morning to express her desire now to run for President in 2024. Is she taking crazy pills? This is a woman who just got blown out in Wyoming, meaning she never even sniffed a chance at winning, who now thinks the right move is to try and convince the entire country that she is fit for the Oval Office. Again, this woman is so delusional at this point that listening to her speak is killing our brain cells. In other news of the day, Republicans are calling for Attorney General Merrick Garland and the DOJ to release the affidavit in regard to the FBI's raid on former President Donald Trump's home, friend of the program Sarah Palin wins her primary election out in Alaska to become the Republican nominee for the state's sole House seat, and Governor Kathy Hochul's new congestion pricing in New York City is sure to financially cripple New Yorkers even further. Marlaina Schiavo, Congresswoman Nicole Malliotakis, former Congressman Peter King and Tina Forte join the program, and as always make sure you don't miss out on Lidia Reports or another special "Beat Sid" edition of The Peerless Boilers Beat Bernie Contest.
