On this Wednesday edition of Bernie & Sid in the Morning, Sid dives into President Biden's speech yesterday in Pennsylvania. The President was there to announce his endorsements of Pennsylvania Gubernatorial candidate Josh Shapiro and the state's Democrat nominee for Senate in John Fetterman. All of that is good and well, except for the fact that the President couldn't make out which candidate was running for what, telling Pennsylvanians that they should elect Shapiro for Senate and Fetterman for Governor. Among a slew of other gaffes throughout the speech, this one said the most about how in, or out of touch, the President is. He also decided yesterday's rally was a good time to say that he never stood for defunding the police, which is something he literally has called for word-for-word in the past. The bottom line is Joe Biden is blatantly unable to think or speak for himself, and anything he says can be argued illegitimate and logic made up of complete nonsense. In other news of the day, former President of the Soviet Union Mikhail Gorbachev passes away at the age of 91, NBC is on the verge of removing Chuck Todd from their "Meet the Press" program, fentanyl continues to flood through our southern border and poison Americans, and today marks the anniversary of Princess Diana's death. Ron Insana, former Congressman Peter King, Gordon Chang and Cara Castranouva join the program, and as always make sure you don't miss out on Lidia Reports or another special "Beat Sid" edition of The Peerless Boilers Beat Bernie Contest.
