Stacy Steck is a beautiful wood worker that knows his worth!  There is a mindset around knowing your worth and it includes the hard work, research, desire for improvement, and providing quality work… whether that’s for customers, kids, audiences or yourself!  

Good quality work comes with time, dedication, and knowing that you may not get anything in return for a job well-done.  It can be discouraging to have people say “no” or find fault in what you do, but when Stacy starts doubting, he makes sure he finds like-minded people that support his skills and efforts. 

There is a great lesson to be learned about the internal struggle and the ability to do something YOU know that YOU are good at, rather than looking for external motivations and accolades.  

You have to be able to invest in yourself to be able to be called the best!  Put in the time, then put in more!  Go the extra mile, then go another.  Put in the work, know your worth, and find the people that see you for exactly who you are!
