Welcome to my very first podcast! In this period of quarantine and isolation it's important to discuss and highlight the importance of relationship factors to survive a long distance relationship. Honestly, we don't need to be in quarantine to know these things.

Many people find it hard to be in a long distance relationship but when situations are forced and things in life seem uncertain, it's important to center ourselves and see things in a more open minded perspective.
