Photographer Joe Vitone talks about pursuing photography as an artistic medium while also teaching photography at St. Edward's University in Austin, TX. For over 22 years Vitone has photographed his family when he returns to the Akron area each year. The resulting project, Family Record, is in the collection of many museums and institutions around the world, including the Smithsonian Museum and Akron Art Museum.
