What’s New?

Weekly ECD Visual Inspections

• Weekly visual [OGI] inspection of all air pollution control equipment including ECD (emission control device) aka combustors and VRUs (vapor recovery units)

• Inspection or monitoring of combustion device to ensure that is operating, including that the pilot light is lit and the auto-igniter is properly functioning.

• If smoke or emissions are observed for 1 minute in 15 minutes, then immediately shut-in.

• Ensure vapors from VRU’s are being routed cleanly.
