Being an educator is challenging. We never feel we have enough time. So what can leaders do to give more time and what can we do with that time if we get it? Josh and Mike talk a little about how administrators and districts can give more time and more space to educators so they can do the hard work of educating kids and they chat about what we can do as educators with that time.
