Josh McDaniels and the Raiders have been quite busy this offseason. Derek Carr is headed to New Orleans. New but familiar QB Jimmy Garoppolo has entered the Black Hole. I believe Josh McDaniels is on the hotseat this year. They need to figure out how to compete with the Chiefs, Chargers and Broncos (who could be better this year).
