Today the Supreme Court decided 6-3 in favor of 3 victims of  discrimination, citing Title VII as protection for those who were  dismissed due to sexual orientation or sexual identity. Alito and Kavanaugh cited the violation of separation of powers for their reason  of dissent, while leftist progressives proclaim victory, and right wing  conservatives decry a missed opportunity.
