In the face of adversity we can flee or fight. Acts 4 provides a portrait of the Early Church's response to adversity--they chose to fight. However, they fought not with the power of military or political might, but with prayer. Prayer was the key to their success of making disciples. If we want to become a church that speaks up, we must be prayed up.
