Our Cocktail of the week is the Coconut Highball: INGREDIENTS 50ml Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth 20ml Lemon Juice 20ml Monin Coconut Syrup 100ml Soda Water Garnish: Lime Wheel & Mint Sprig
METHOD Add the Dewar’s, Lemon Juice, and Syrup to a chilled Highball Glass, filled with ice Top up with the Soda Stir ingredients from the bottom upwards to mix thoroughly Garnish with slapped mint sprig and lime wheel.
