Our Cocktail of the week is the Tropical Floradora:
INGREDIENTS 50ml Porter's Tropical Old Tom 25ml Lime Juice 10ml Gomme 10ml Ginger Syrup 3 Raspberries 80ml Ginger Ale
METHOD Put all of the ingredients, except the Ginger Ale, into a shaker Add ice and shake! Pour into a highball glass. Top with Ginger Ale Garnish with a raspberry and a lime wedge
