This week we're celebrating Martin's ninth anniversary of sobriety and I take the opportunity to ask him about what he's learned and what advice and wisdom he would pass on to those that are either beginning their journey or haven't yet taken the first step.

I also ask him to make a tricky decision involving a duck.
