As much as I'm all about channeling + energy work & all things soul & spirit, it's also balanced with honoring our humanity, our physicality, our egoic structure of the mind & our nervous system.

I do go into rewiring our beliefs & processing emotions in my self study program Her Energetic Code & will be diving deeper into integrating our divinity with our humanity in my Soul Connection Program which will be launching in 2022 however today I wanted to talk about compassion + our heart & our nervous system.
