For the past few months, while heroes on the frontlines have been keeping our communities afloat, many of us have been working from home - at home offices, kitchen tables, and maybe even our beds. But what about the people whose offices are outside? This week we speak with Abby Bergsma, a wildlife biologist who focuses on environmental compliance. She works outdoors on construction sites protecting habitats for wildlife. We spoke about her childhood growing up in Wisconsin, moving to California after college to pursue an internship in the Southern California desert, and going to work every day in San Diego’s most beautiful open spaces.
