You may recognize today’s guest from the mini series I launched a few months back...if you recall...Patrick was the very first influencer I EVER followed on Instagram @aguynamedpatrick and then one day on my way to yoga I ran into him in an elevator.

Of course...I had to say hi. And here we are now...3 years after that chance encounter having a conversation for my podcast.

More recently he launched a you tube channel dedicated to interviewing world-class movers and shakers and has been recognized. He has been recognized by the New York Times and The Guardian as a top Instagrammer and was awarded the inaugural Fashion Instagrammer of the Year award by the CFDA. Patrick is a frequent host of dining events, cocktail parties, and gatherings around New York City and is a co-founder of The Liquor Cabinet, a mobile app dedicated to cocktail recipes. He recently launched and founded Untitled Secret, a talent management and creative agency dedicated to the support and development of artists and content creators.

I find the world of influencers and social media so interesting because we so often feel like we know someone based on the stories they share on social (pun intended) -- but in reality all we see is a snippet of that person’s life.

We don’t see the work and curation that goes into creating a business, the stress and anxiety that can come with having yourself tied to your business, and often we don’t see the downs...we only see the sliver that people want us to see.

That’s not a BAD thing...it just is the way it is. But GUESS WHAT!? Influencers….they’re just like us.

And that’s what I love about this conversation...we get to know Patrick and go behind the lens of the beautiful life that he’s created for himself…
