A resident of Swampscott was out walking their dog Saturday evening when suddenly they found themself surrounded by a pack of coyotes! Police were called to assist the resident who could not break away from the swarm of nine coyotes. Luckily, police scared away the coyotes and there were no injuries. We discussed the dangers of coyotes and techniques used to protect yourself.
