The Federal Aviation Administration had a malfunction in their Notice to Air Missions system which caused a nationwide shutdown of flights. The FAA said there was an overnight outage that caused the system to go down. No word on what the cause was. The White House says it was not the result of a cyberattack. What could be the cause and is this preventable in the future?
