Healey laid out plans for her $20 million MassReconnect program, which includes plans to in part cover the cost of community college for residents over 25 years of age. The governor says the plan is aimed at addressing skill gaps and workforce shortages in the state’s economy. Dan heard listeners' thoughts on the state covering some costs for community college.
