The Worcester School Committee is discussing the idea of a new homework policy to cut down on the amount of homework students have. The Committee wants to make sure there is a good balance between extracurricular activities, family time, and students’ well-being. The proposal also includes “no homework days” for cultural or religious obligations that might not line up with the school’s calendar.
