MA lawmakers have filed legislation that would create a pilot program to study the idea of a 4-day work week. The “Massachusetts Smart Work Week Pilot” is a voluntary program that would let businesses transition to a shorter work week without a reduction in pay. Rep. Josh Cutler, one of the sponsors of this bill joined Dan to discuss how this pilot would work.
