As Massachusetts’ shelter system continues to be overwhelmed, overflow sites are being taxed. Dozens of migrants have been sheltering in Logan Airport’s Terminal E. According to Massport, the airport is seeing migrants arrive at the airport daily. MA Gov. Maura Healey warned back in Nov. that the state reached capacity for its shelter system.
