A bill has been filed in Massachusetts by Sen. Sal DiDomenico that would allow suspended drivers the chance to obtain their license back through a payment plan. Suspended drivers who owe money to the RMV can pay back as little at $25 a month to have their license reinstated. Sen. DiDomenico joined Dan to discuss.
