Megan Cannone is a licensed clinical young adult oncology social worker/patient navigator at Anne Arundel Medical Center, in partnership with Ulman Foundation. She provides psychosocial support and assistance with resources for any young adult and their loved ones facing cancer, no matter where they are in treatment/post-treatment.
