Salma Nasr El Din is an Egyptian-Canadian painter.

A graduate of the University of Alexandria’s Fine Arts program, majoring in expressive arts and interior design, Nasr El Din talks with Sara and Marshall about her exquisitely striking imagery inspired by vintage photography and the bygone era of female portraiture and elegance, and her gratitude for the support of Waterloo Region’s diverse and vibrant arts community.
