Louis Avallone and Stephen Parr discuss that, once again, Mayor Perkins has decided a he will do things his way, not according to the what the laws and ordinances require. This time, he expected to be reimbursed for a car he bought for himself, even though the City of Shreveport had already provided him with a City car. That means last year, he was “double-dipping” on personal transportation.
