Being part of the Obama Administration, he believes “hateful speech” should now not be protected by the 1st Amendment. But the problem with his proposal is the government would be the entity to decide what was “hateful” speech, and it would essentially wipe out all of our Free Speech Rights under the 1st Amendment.
