The Washington Post mapped more than 52,000 homicides in the US over the last decade. They found that while the average arrest rate is 50%, there are some places where murder is common and arrests are more rare. On Friday's "Digging Deep" we took a look at the WaPo study, and the possible reasons behind the unsolved murder rates for the top cities on the list.
