Tye Wilke won in the Legends. Then Alex Truscinski won in the Lightning Sprints. Ken Hron won in the Renegades Non-Winged Sprints. Then it was “The Crusher” Justin Jones winning in the Sportmods. Tim Otterness won in the Hobby Stocks. Tyler Hall won in the Modifieds. And Brandon Hunter won for the first time in his career in the Short Trackers.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH: CORN COB NATIONALS NIGHT 2

Justin Jones won in a photo finish over Rich Pavlicek in the Sportmods. Then Dexter Dvergsten won in the Lightning Sprints. Tye Wilke won in the Legends. Zach Olson won in the Renegades Non-Winged Sprints. Tim Otterness won in the Hobby Stocks. Marcus Tomlinson won in the Modifieds. Then Waylon Current won in the Short Trackers.

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH: RED RIVER VALLEY SPEEDWAY BIG IRON/DAKOTA CAT MOD SHOOTOUT

Trevor Serbus won in the RaceSaver Sprints. Then “The Cheetah” Rob VanMil won in the Stock Cars. Tye Wilke won in the Legends. Then it was Dave Shipley winning the Dakota Cat Mod Shootout.

SCHATZ WATCH

Carson Macedo was the winner Friday night at the Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico, CA. Donny Schatz had a good run finishing in 11th.

Saturday night for the Championship night, it was Jacob Allen getting the win with Schatz improving finishing in the 9th spot.

NASCAR: KANSAS

Bubba Wallace took the checkers Sunday at the Kansas Speedway for his 2nd win of his career. His car owner Denny Hamlin finished 2nd and Christopher Bell finished 3rd.

Bell took over the point standings with William Byron moving to 2nd 10 points back, and Hamlin sitting in 3rd 11 points back.
