In this episode, I talked about the importance of patience and the benefits of using a workout program that helped me achieve some of my personal goals. I also discuss the downside of working out when it comes to overdoing and injuring myself. The bottom line with patience is that you must pace yourself and trust in the process as designed and you will begin seeing the benefits of a program that is designed for you. Also in this episode, I talked about making the rest of 2020 a better year. I shared a quote from Tim Noakes, one of the greatest sports scientists, in hopes that it would be a motivator of some sorts to help end your miserable 2020 and kick start a new you in a dire time like this. I was introduced to who Tim Noakes was while in one of my classes a few years ago through a book called challenging beliefs, which is a wonderful book about physical and mental exhaustion and being able to push beyond your barriers, not just physical but also mentally. Like always if you find this information helpful or have an ideal that you want to be heard then I am all ears and am willing to listen. Let me know!
