I know some of our listeners suffer from different forms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I want you to feel free to skip this episode if you believe the noises or the subject matter are going to cause you extra stress with which you may have difficulty dealing. It’s important to remember that what you’re hearing, however, is not real. It’s not happening at this moment. It’s about what has already happened. It’s an effort to keep it from happening again.

It is my hope that your traumas, too, are in the past, and that you can find the strength, in your own time and in your own way, to accept those moments and move into future free from them. The memories may always be with us, but we can choose what to do with what remains of our lives. I wish that were true for the people in tonight’s episode.
