On November 25th I attended This Can Happen, an annual mental health conference focussing on empowering employers to create mentally healthy work environments.

With loads of speakers on a variety of topics, I spent time in the breaks interviewing attendees, speakers and sponsors asking them about their personal passion connected to the topic of mental health and their suggested tools for looking after ourselves.
