Lee Egbert and his wife Dawn started Dashfire Bitters nearly a decade ago, making small-batch bitters and cocktail tinctures. Now Dashfirehas moved the entire distillery from Minnetonka to the Thorpe Building, and finally, after nearly a decade making bitters, bottled Old Fashioneds, and canned cocktails their cocktail room is open.
