Our guest today is Dr. Jouni Välijärvi. Dr. Jouni Välijärvi is a professor emeritus on education policy at the University of Jyväskylä. 1996-2017 - Director of the Finnish Institute for Educational Research. He has a long and diverse experience in collaboration with teachers, principals, policymakers, and officials. Dr. Välijärvi has acted as a National Project Manager of the OECD PISA since 1998 and represented Finland in the IEA from 1996-2017. And now Dr. Jouni Välijärvi is a professor emeritus of the University of Jyväskylä.
