My guests today have both come face to face with war. 

Jordan Perry was a lance corporal in the British army serving around the world including Bosnia and Iraq.  We also speak with Local musician, Shai Shriki, he did compulsory service in the Israeli army. 

These men have a real connection with the term PTSD.

In this podcast, we discuss how they faced the reality of post-war mental illness and what helps them in their day to day lives even many years after leaving the military. 

This candid look into their lives may give you some insight into a condition that affects so many of our men that are sent to war.
