Version Beta 1.0 - Released October 13, 2008

Over the weekend, I released the first beta version of Community Center for Churches. There are lots of updates and changes in this release.

Some highlights:

[Improvement] Updated Splash screens for Finances, and Connect

[Improvement] Updated class listing and display of classes

[Improvement] Updated Classes and added categories of classes (General, Children’s Youth)

[Improvement] Added templates to manage template letters

[Improvement] Added templates to manage setting up variables within CCC

[Improvement] Added templates to manage access control of users

[Improvement] Added templates to control the display of individual contributor data within the Finances module. Users within the Finances module with limited access can view contributor data without seeing contributor names.

[Improvement] Added templates to manage expense forms for reimbursement and process of expenses

[Improvement] Added templates to manage Finances via Administrative Actions with the Finances module

[Improvement] Added templates to manage Budgets via Administrative Actions with the Budgets module

[Bug Fix] Connect Module: Fixed the display of the Newcomer Letter when using the ‘Generate Letter’ action within the Connect module.

[Bug Fix] Connect Module: Fixed the delay when sending emails using the ‘Generate Email’ action within the Connect module.

[Bug Fix] Connect Module: Corrected the celebration text display on the Assigned Cards Template.

[Bug Fix] Directory Module: Fixed some typos.

[New Feature] Added templates to access CCC via an Apple iPhone (Budgets, Expenses, Directory, Reports)

[New Feature] Added templates to manage rooms within the Events module
