[Bug Fix] Directory Module: Removed the validation on the submit button on the Edit Individual Profile.

[Bug Fix] Directory Module: Removed the validation on the submit button on the Add Class Registration template.

[Bug Fix] Directory Module: Removed the validation on the submit button on the Add Ministry Registration template.

[Bug Fix] Budget Module: When using the Add Budget to Account template, the template would incorrectly identity an account and add a budget to the wrong account. The template now adds the budget to the selected account.

[Bug Fix] Finances Module: Added the full list of batches when editing a contribution.

[Bug Fix] Finances Module: Fixed the Account Summary reporting to properly display all contributions by Account ID and Expense Code. Previously the template would group all contributions by Account ID not by both Account ID and Expense Code.
