[Improvement] Finances Module: Modified the ‘Contribution Statement’ template to properly format the return address and mailing address for a double window envelope.

[Improvement] Directory Module: Changed the display statistics on the ‘Directory’ template. The template now omits Doesn’t display statistic for ‘Individuals without a birthday’ if the result is zero.

[Improvement] Directory Module: Changed the display statistics on the ‘Directory’ template. Statistics based on birthdays now exclude entries without birthdays.

[Improvement] Directory Module: Removed from Google Ads from Class Reports template.

[Bug Fix] Connect Module: Fixed the ‘View by Assignments’ template to properly group Connect Cards by assigned staff person.

[Improvement] Connect Module: Added templates to display all connect cards. New template is located in the Connect module under the link ‘Managed Cards’.
