Have you ever had a one of those moments where things are going so well, then all of a sudden, you get your knees knocked out from underneath you?

This crash that happens after a super joyful moment in our lives is a very real phenomenon, and it happens WAY more often than most of us realize. Many people call this experience a “dip” and – while it’s a normal part of growth – it can feel like it derails our progress. The cool thing is that, if you turn inward with curiosity instead of judging yourself or worrying, it could help you propel yourself to yet another level.

Here’s why a dip happens:

We all know that – in order for us to survive – humans learned to fear things like tigers or getting burned by fire. As wild as it sounds, we also learn the opposite. Yep, we learn to fear our own boundless capacity for joy, love, and abundance.

These parameters are passed down to us from our families and communities, and we are rarely conscious of them unless we do awareness work to unveil them.

Depending on your unique genetic makeup, circumstances, life experiences, and many other factors, you have been conditioned that it is only safe to feel a certain amount of joy and love. So, when you have an amazing experience like a moment where you manifest something you’ve been desiring, your Joy Breaker Box flips and you may spiral into an anxious puddle.

This happened to me this week, and in this episode, I share what happened and what I did to reset my breaker box and reset my capacity for joy to an even greater amount.
