In the video version, I show my insight numbers from Facebook & Instagram the last 28 days. I use more of the Gary Vee viewpoint at posting. I firmly believe that posting quality content, 3-7 x's a day, verses flooding your timeline, 13-17 x's a day, will bring you the most benefit.
